It’s a complicated process to make documents legalized / authenticate by Foreign embassy / consulate in China and use in other countries. As the embassy of each country has its own requirements for document legalization/authentication, there is no formula for all countries. We would like to assist in and simplify the process for you, you only need to follow our steps of China legalization / authentication.
Step 1: Collecting documents
The notarial certificate is crucial for the legalization / authentication in China, so before contact us please get notarial certificate of your document.
The above mentioned notarial certificate (instead of your actual document) will be legalized / authenticated for the country you want to use your certificate.
Step 2: Sending hard copy to our office
Please send the following documents to our email address contact@chinedocs.com
- The notarial certificate mentioned above.
- Passport of the applicant (Bio/photo page is good enough)
- Application Form
Step 3: Paying 50% as down payment
You are welcome to pay by Chinese payment methods, such as Wechat and Alipay, of course you can pay by oversea payment methods as well.
Step 4: Getting legalized/authenticated file
Our service fee does not cover courier fee by default.
We use DHL as default courier for oversea address.
We use SF-Express as default courier for Chinese address.
